 Passport Applications are available at the Circuit Clerk's Office and are sent to the Passport Agency for issuance.

Anyone wishing to apply for a Marriage License can come to the Circuit Clerk's Office; after application is made there is a three day waiting period and then the Marriage License is issued.

Marriage License records are available from 1823 to the present.

The Circuit Clerk is the Voter Registrar for the county, anyone wanting to register to vote may come into the office or request a mail-in voter registration form be sent to them.

The Circuit Clerk's Office handles civil cases and criminal cases, (Felonies and Misdemeanor's Appealed).
